How do you ship live plants safely?
We use specially designed, corrugated plant packaging that locks the pot in place and protects the delicate foliage. Our soil is secured to prevent spills, and the boxes are well-ventilated to ensure your plant breathes during transit.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer nationwide delivery across India! We utilize the Envia shipping aggregator to automatically match your pincode with the fastest, most reliable courier for your specific region.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
While we take every precaution, transit can occasionally be rough. We offer a 7-day Return & Refund Guarantee if your plant arrives damaged. Simply send a clear photo of the plant and packaging to info@akdstudios.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. The moment your order leaves our nursery, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your ‘My Account’ dashboard.
Do you provide care instructions for the plants?
Yes! We believe in helping your plants thrive long after they arrive. We are currently building a comprehensive library of Plant Care Guides, which will be available on our website soon.
